Mission
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Matthew 28:19 - 20
Our Purpose:
Glorify God through lives of holiness, service, and worship.
Proclaim the Good News of salvation
to the Balko community, surrounding communities and even to the ends of the world
(through outreach, evangelism, and missions).
Provide a place of discipleship and spiritual growth for believers of all ages and stages.
Push back the darkness of injustice and unrighteousness.
Love one another as Christ has loved us.
Our Priorities:
Evangelism – We desire to proclaim the Good News of Salvation,
calling people to repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ.
Discipleship – We desire to grow deeper in our spiritual lives and faithful in our daily walk
by studying and living out God’s word together in community.
Worship – We desire to be a community of worshipers
who gather together to worship and glorify the name of God.
Fellowship – We desire to live our lives in communion with one another and God,
sharing life’s burdens and joys.
Missions – We desire that the Good News be proclaimed beyond the borders of our country
through world missions and that we would be active participants.
